Ingredients

2 herrings

1tbsp lemon juice

50ml melted butter

½ tsp Paprika

1/4tsp salt

  1. In a small bowl, put your melted butter, salt, paprika, and lemon juice. Mix the seasoning perfectly well and set aside.
  2.  Preheat the oven up to 200 degrees Celsius
  3. Place your fish in a baking sheet and bake it for half an hour.
  4. Remove the fish and place it in a platter. Pour the seasoning down the middle of the fish and spread it with a brush for an even coating.
  5. Enjoy with a flatbread.
