The Canadian election is getting a little more interesting as Rihanna started following Jagmeet Singh, the NDP leader on Instagram.

As expected, the move triggered lots of reactions across several social media platforms.

Does it mean that Rihanna has endorsed Jagmeet? Or she’s merely catching up with Canadian politics?

At the moment, Rhianna has over 75.8 million followers on Instagram, and she merely follows over 1,000 accounts.

Aside from Jagmeet, Rhianna follows a couple of politicians like the French President Emmanuel Macron and US Democratic candidates Kamala Harris and Beto O’Rourke.
