Sierra Leone Internal Affairs Ministry through a Public Notice signed by its Chief Immigration Officer, Andrew Jaiah Kaikai, and made available via a twitter handle, has announced a new Visa-On-Arrival Policy granting Visa-free entry to ECOWAS countries. Other African countries, according to the Notice, will pay $25 visa application fee.
Furthermore, all other countries will be required to pay $80 for the country’s visa. Sierra Leone Public Notice advised the nationals of other nations not mentioned on the list to visit Sierra Leone Embassy or its Mission in their respective countries to procure visa before embarking on any trip to Sierra Leone.

Granting a Visa-free entry to ECOWAS countries at this time is symbolic as South Africans are now reputable for hating and fighting Africans from the continent.
